Directions
- Combine boiling water, speculoos spread and Caf-Lib. Set aside.
- Top glass with chocolate, using the back of a spoon.
- Add the ice cubes, then the milk, followed by the Caf-Lib and speculoos mixture.
- Garnish with whipped cream, additional melted chocolate, crumbled speculoos cookies and oven-roasted or torch-roasted marshmallows.
