Directions
- Prepare the Caf-Lib by mixing it with boiling water. Set aside.
- Using a small spatula or spoon, spread the pistachio cream along the bottom and sides of the heat-proof glass.
- Pour the prepared Caf-Lib into the glass, then top with hot frothed milk.
