Directions
- Mix Caf-Lib with boiling water
- In a shaker, add ice cubes followed by all remaining ingredients (Caf-Lib, frothed milk or cream and simple syrup)
- Stir for a few seconds, then serve in martini glasses.
- Sprinkle mocktails with a little cocoa or whipped cream, as you like!
Notes
1. If you are mixing barista-type plant milk, we recommend foaming it first for a smoother texture.
