Caf-Lib Popcorn Puppy Chow

Directions

  1. Cook the popcorn according to the package instructions, then carefully remove any unpopped kernels and place the popcorn in a large bowl.
  2. Melt the chocolate, butter, and peanut butter over low heat for about 5 minutes in a saucepan (or in the microwave) until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Grind the Caf-Lib into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle, then add it to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Immediately pour the warm mixture over the popcorn. Gently stir to coat all the pieces evenly.
  5. In an airtight container or a Ziploc-style bag, add the popcorn and then the icing sugar. Shake vigorously to evenly coat the popcorn.
  6. Spread the contents on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 15–20 minutes. Enjoy!
