Directions
- Cook the popcorn according to the package instructions, then carefully remove any unpopped kernels and place the popcorn in a large bowl.
- Melt the chocolate, butter, and peanut butter over low heat for about 5 minutes in a saucepan (or in the microwave) until the mixture is smooth.
- Grind the Caf-Lib into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle, then add it to the mixture. Stir well.
- Immediately pour the warm mixture over the popcorn. Gently stir to coat all the pieces evenly.
- In an airtight container or a Ziploc-style bag, add the popcorn and then the icing sugar. Shake vigorously to evenly coat the popcorn.
- Spread the contents on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 15–20 minutes. Enjoy!
