Overnight oats with whole grains and dates


1. In a bowl, mix the almond drink with Caf-Lib and maple syrup.

2. Add oatmeal and chia seeds. Stir.

3. Divide the preparation in two small bowls. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

4. In a bowl, place the dates, orange juice and water. Microwave for 30 seconds.

5. Using a fork, mash the date mixture until smooth.

6. Garnish the oat mixture with the mashed dates and banana slices.
