Directions
- Prepare the syrup for the pineapple by mixing the Caf-Lib with the boiling water, then adding the cinnamon and maple syrup. Set aside.
- Brush the pineapple slices with the Caf-Lib syrup on both sides. Grill the pineapple slices for about 4–5 minutes, turning halfway through, until nicely caramelized.
- Serve on a platter with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center, sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon, and enjoy!
