Granola canneberge, cacao & Caf-Lib


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar.
  3. Add cinnamon, maple syrup and cocoa. Mix well.
  4. Using a mortar and pestle or food processor, grind Caf-Lib into a powder.
  5. Coarsely crush walnuts.
  6. Add remaining ingredients (except cranberries and chocolate pieces). Mix well with a spatula.
  7. Place mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, flattening slightly.
  8. Bake for approx. 30 minutes.
  9. Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes before breaking the granola into pieces. This step is very important if you want chunky granola.
  10. Add the cranberries and chocolate chips. Mix and store in an airtight container.
  11. Serve over your favorite yogourt, ice cream or smoothie!
