Blueberry & Maple syrup Latte


  1.  Prepare the blueberry syrup by adding the blueberries and maple syrup to a pot over medium-high heat.
  2.  Cook for about 5 minutes until the blueberry juice emerges.
  3.  Reduce heat and crush blueberries to liquefy syrup as much as possible by hand. 
  4.  Strain the mixture through a sieve to obtain concentrated blueberry syrup. Let stand a while to cool.
  5.  Combine hot water, Caf-Lib and sugar to taste.
  6.  Assemble the latte, starting with the syrup, ice cubes, milk and Caf-Lib. Enjoy!

Notes: Adjust the amount of Caf-Lib to your taste. 3 tablespoons gives a stronger Caf-Lib taste.
