Directions
- Mix the hot water and Caf-Lib.
- In a saucepan, sauté the garlic in your oil of choice for about 2–3 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, then whisk everything together thoroughly.
- Bring to a gentle boil over low to medium heat until the brown sugar is fully dissolved, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
