Directions
- 1. In a bowl, place the Caf-Lib, sugar and hot water. Using the electric mixer, whisk for 3 minutes, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- 2. Fill a cup with ice, then add the milk.
- Garnish with whipped coffee mousse.
