Directions
In a small saucepan, bring the water, sugar, and ginger to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for an additional 5 minutes. Strain the syrup and set aside.
In a mug, combine the boiling water and Caf-Lib.
Add the ginger syrup, top with frothed milk, and finish with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with crushed ginger cookies and add a touch of freshly grated ginger, if desired.
